GRAPE VARIETIES : Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah. The exact makeup of the final combination is determined by the maturity and acidity of the grapes, the quality of each variety and each plot of land. Cinsault and Grenache are dominant.

WINE MAKING : The making of rosé wine through bleeding and/or pressing is adapted to obtain a wine that reflects both the Terroir and the vintage.

TASTING : Nose of field strawberries, raspberries and roses. A fresh “Sensuel” and lovely fine wine.
